Quick Steps to clearing you browser cache

In Safari

  1. Click on Safari and then on Preferences.
  2. Select Privacy and then click Manage Website Data.
  3. Select Remove All and then in the small popup, selection Remove Now.

OR

  1. Click Safari in the menu at the top of the screen and click Preferences.
  2. In the Preferences window, click the Advanced tab and make sure the checkbox next to "Show Develop menu in menu bar" is selected.
  3. Select Develop in the menu bar on the top of the screen and click Empty Caches.

In Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click (three vertical dots) .
  3. Click More tools > Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time. or Pick Last hour
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.

In Firefox

  1. Click the menu button in top right (three horizontal lines) and choose Options.
  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel.
  3. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data…
  4. Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data.
  5. With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.
  6. Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.
